Promenade ThursdayLunch is a "friends and friends of friends" event. Interested first timers, please contact Ken Weiner so you're not a stranger when you show up.
Meet at noon on the Santa Monica 3rd Street Promenade just South of Santa Monica Blvd. No complaints if you arrive late and the group has already departed for a restaurant.
Each individual pays the cost of what they ordered plus 30% to cover tax and tip. Cash.
Use Google Maps, or to have driving directions texted to your cell phone: dial "DIR-ECT-IONS" (347-328-4667) and select event "ThursdayLunch".
NOTE: Parking near the Promenade is horrible during mall construction. If you're driving in, it could take you 30+ minutes to find a spot.
Some parking options are available on 2nd and 4th.
